Additional Service to the "Connection Railway" event

The EC project CETRRA is dedicated to strengthen the railway sector by providing research excellences capabilities to European SME's and cooperation with rail/transport research excellencies from non EU countries. CETRRA is supported by EURNEX - the European Rail Research Network of Excellence - the first research cluster of excellence to underpin the European Research Area in the rail sector. Driven by operators and industries and supported by the EC EURNEX provides multidisciplinary R&D, which is organised in thematic clusters - the Scientific Poles of Excellence.

CETRRA is preparing an overview of the competencies and skills of SME. Analysis and results will be summarised in a "competencies database". Basing on that database CETRRA will organise contacts between SME and EURNEX Scientific Poles of Excellence at Inno Trans Fair 2008 as add on to the "Connecting Railways" event.
